What this site collects

• When you request a free unpaid-claims check: your name, email, practice name and state, and whether you'd like occasional emails about insurer changes.
• When you book a call: the details you enter on the booking form.
• Basic technical information that our website provider, Systeme.io, records when pages load, including cookies the site and forms need to work.

The free tools

The free tools work entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored.

What it never collects

Patient information. Please don't send patient names, dates of birth, insurance ID numbers or clinical details through this site or by email.

How it's used

• To reply to you, send export steps, prepare your report and arrange calls.
• If you ticked the box, to send occasional emails about insurer changes in your state. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your details are never sold or rented.

Where it's kept

Contact and booking details are kept in Systeme.io and our business email. They're shared only with service providers who help us run the business.

Patient information for clients

If your practice becomes a client, patient information is covered by a separate business associate agreement and never passes through this website. It's handled by our US-based billers, who each sign a business associate agreement with us. Alexander Sadler reviews their work only on a secure, US-hosted, HIPAA-covered system.

How long, and your choices

We keep your details while we need them to respond to you and while we work together. You can ask to see, correct or delete them at any time by emailing alexander@sadlerbilling.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too.
